STRAWBERRY CREAM PIE

1 Small pkg strawberry Jello
3/8 cup boiling water
6 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 of an 8 oz container of Cool Whip
1 cup fresh strawberry, cut into small pieces​​​​​

The night before, cut strawberries into small piece, add a little bit of water to the bowl, and sprinkle with sugar.  Stir and put in refrigerator.  

​Dissolve Jello in 3/8 cup boiling water.  Cream together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.  Add the dissolved Jello into the mixture, mix well.  Fold in Cool Whip and strawberries.  Pour mixture into a graham cracker pie crust.  Chill 2-3 hours before serving.
