FRIED NOODLES
1 pkg medium flat noodles
1 pkg dried onion soup mix
1 stick margarine
3/4 sleeve saltine crackers
salt and pepper
Cook 3/4 package of medium sized flat noodles as directed on package. Drain. Crush 3/4 sleeve of saltine crackers and mix with onion soup mix. In a large, deep skillet, melt 1 stick of margarine. Add drained noodles to bubbling margarine. Pour in cracker and onion soup mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir and flip until noodles are coated with mixture and turning brown - about 7-10 minutes. Serve with Foil Beef Roast.
