LASAGNA

2 lbs. ground beef
2 large jars spicy basil spaghetti sauce
1 container Ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 large pkgs mozzarella cheese
1 pkg sliced provolone cheese
13 lasagna noodles

​​Prepare lasagna noodles as directed on package.  Cool noodles with cold water.  Brown ground beef, drain, and add spaghetti sauce.  Simmer for 10 minutes.  Using a mixer, blend ricotta cheese and egg until creamy and spreadable.  Spray large casserole dish with vegetable oil.  Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom.  Place 3 lasagna noodles over sauce, cover with more sauce, 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, 1/4 of the mozzarella, and 1/3 of the provolone.  Alternately layer the noodles, sauce and cheese ending with a thin layer of sauce and mozzarella cheese.  Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until top is brown and bubbly.
