LASAGNA
2 lbs. ground beef
2 large jars spicy basil spaghetti sauce
1 container Ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 large pkgs mozzarella cheese
1 pkg sliced provolone cheese
13 lasagna noodles

Prepare lasagna noodles as directed on package. Cool noodles with cold water. Brown ground beef, drain, and add spaghetti sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes. Using a mixer, blend ricotta cheese and egg until creamy and spreadable. Spray large casserole dish with vegetable oil. Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom. Place 3 lasagna noodles over sauce, cover with more sauce, 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, 1/4 of the mozzarella, and 1/3 of the provolone. Alternately layer the noodles, sauce and cheese ending with a thin layer of sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until top is brown and bubbly.
